The current concept uses precision laser-cut panels and finger joints to create an assembly that can be packed flat, shipped efficiently, and assembled by the customer.

Reduced-scale fire-behavior props are used in hands-on instruction to help firefighters observe fire and smoke behavior and examine the effects of ventilation and tactics.
Emergent 3D is developing the physical flat-pack prop. Training plans, instructor guidance, and lesson resources should come from qualified fire-service training sources.
